Located in Illinois and Texas, our testing centers are equipped with advanced test instruments and a highly skilled team of nine experts, including five with exceptional technical expertise in our product line. To ensure rapid service, we maintain a substantial inventory of new Loop equipment, allowing fast delivery of essential components and replacement parts.



Located at two sites in Athens, Greece—at the heart of EMEA operations—our centers are equipped with advanced instruments dedicated to product testing and hands-on training across LOOP Telecom’s entire product line. With over 20 years of experience, TAC-EMEA’s professional service team—comprising four expert engineers—delivers specialized implementation and consulting services across LOOP Telecom’s entire product portfolio. TAC-EMEA provides top-class support services tailored to diverse client needs, including lab simulations of field faults, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and comprehensive training facilities.
